TPKN/TPKR : General use milling inserts. The -42 design has an improved tool life. The -HS has a serrated cutting edge for chip splitting and reduced chatter, the -76 has ribs along the cutting edge for reduced heat transfer in heavy machining.
Grade : IC328 A thin PVD coated TiCN layer on a tough substrate, for milling, parting and grooving on stainless and alloy steels at low to medium cutting speeds and for unstable machining conditions.
