Description
ISCAR DGN 3002Z IC908 Insert
Family Designation: DGN-Z A chipformer for use at low feeds on Cr-Ni alloys and low carbon steel, especially in the bearing industry, and on similar, problematic materials. The narrow chipformer design ensures short deformed chips and high surface finish.
Item Designation: DGN 3002Z
Grade : IC908
A hard, fine grain substrate with excellent chippi ng resistance, combined with a TiAlN PVD coating. Provides high wear and oxidation resistance. Recom mended for a very wide range of materials applicat ions and machining conditions.
